Return & Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE, RETURN & STORE CREDIT POLICY

At Ravya, we are committed to maintaining transparency, fairness, and quality service. Please review the policy below carefully before placing your order.


1. EXCHANGE POLICY
• Exchanges must be initiated and completed within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Products must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, with all tags and labels intact.
• Products may be returned either by customer shipment or via Ravya-arranged reverse pick-up.
• If the pickup is arranged by Ravya, reverse pick-up charges will apply and will vary between ₹150–₹300 based on the pickup location.
Only one exchange is allowed per order. Exchanged items are not eligible for return or further exchange.
• Orders placed using store credit are treated as exchange orders and are not eligible for further exchange or return.
• Exchanged products will be delivered within 5–7 working days.


2. RETURN POLICY
• Returns must be processed within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Products must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, with all tags and labels intact.
• If the customer ships the product(s) back independently, they are fully responsible for the shipment until it reaches Ravya.
(All return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.)
• Ravya is not liable for any loss, delay, or damage during return transit.
• If the return is arranged by Ravya, reverse pick-up charges will apply and will vary between ₹150–₹300 based on the pickup location.
• Only one return is allowed per order.
• Approved returns are issued as store credit only. Refunds are not provided to the original payment method or in cash.
• Store credit will be issued after the returned product is received and verified.
Original shipping charges will be deducted from the credited amount.


3. STORE CREDIT TERMS
• Store credit is valid for up to 3 months from the date of issue.
• Store credit can be used only on Ravya purchases and is non-transferable.
• Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Store credit will be issued within 5-7 working days after successful verification of the returned product.

How to Use Store Credit
• Store credit can be applied at checkout on your next Ravya purchase.
• During checkout, enter the unique coupon code issued to you, and the discount will be automatically applied to your order total.
• Store credit can be used in a single transaction or partially across multiple orders, until the credit is fully utilized.
• Please note that store credit cannot be combined with other promotional discounts unless specified.


4. PRODUCT ISSUE REPORTING WINDOW
• Any damage, defect, or product-related concern must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery, along with the mandatory unboxing video.
• Claims raised after 24–48 hours may not be entertained.

• Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit.
