Ravya Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be raised within 24 hours of placing the order and will be considered only if the order has not been processed or dispatched. All cancellation requests are subject to review and approval by Ravya.

Requests received after 24 hours, or after the order has been processed or dispatched, will not be accepted.

COD Orders

COD orders are dispatched only after customer confirmation. If a COD order is not confirmed by the customer, Ravya will cancel the order.

Once a COD order has been confirmed, the same cancellation terms mentioned above will apply.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Any product-related issue after delivery will be handled under Ravya’s Return & Exchange Policy

Please note that returns are accepted only for products received damaged or defective, subject to verification and the conditions mentioned in the Return & Exchange Policy.
