Ravya’s Diwali Gifting Offer — Terms & Conditions

These special terms apply only to purchases under the Diwali Gifting Offer. All other purchases remain subject to Ravya’s regular policies.

  • One gift package per order at the highest eligible tier. Gifts are not cumulative.

  • Only regular-priced products count towards qualifying spend, calculated after discounts, including the prepaid discount.

  • Sale/clearance products, shipping charges and COD fees do not count towards qualifying spend.

  • Separate orders cannot be combined. Cancelled orders are not eligible; amended orders will have gift eligibility recalculated.

  • The prepaid discount remains available as displayed at checkout. Prepaid and COD orders qualify, subject to Ravya’s payment and delivery conditions.

Gift Conditions

  • Gift colours, designs and fabrics are selected by Ravya and cannot be chosen or exchanged for personal preference, cash or credit.

  • Gift images are representative.

  • The free top–dupatta set includes unstitched top and dupatta fabric only. Bottom fabric, stitching, accessories and footwear are not included.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted for purchases under this offer.

  • Damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed products will be replaced with the same product and colour, subject to verification and availability.

  • Please report issues promptly, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number, clear photos and an unboxing video if available.

  • Do not wash, cut, stitch or alter the affected product. Contact us before sending it back.

  • Applicable consumer rights, including refunds where legally required, remain unaffected.

Ravya’s regular shipping, payment and cancellation policies continue to apply wherever these offer terms do not specify otherwise.
