Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum order value.

We know the wait feels longer when you’re excited about your order, so we process your
orders within 24 hours and ship them via our trusted third-party logistics partners.

All in-stock items ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday, unless it’s a holiday.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking information and shipment confirmation will be shared with you by the end of the business day. Any order placed shall typically be delivered within 4– 5 business days, though delivery timelines may vary depending on location, with most orders arriving within 5–7 business days, and in some cases within 10–12 business days from the date of shipment.

Note: Once an item is marked as "Delivered," Ravya is no longer responsible for the package. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order to ensure a smooth delivery.

Cancellation requests must be raised within 24 hours of placing the order and will be considered only if the order has not been processed or dispatched. All cancellation requests are subject to review and approval by Ravya.

Requests received after 24 hours, or after the order has been processed or dispatched, will not be accepted.

COD Orders

COD orders are dispatched only after customer confirmation. If a COD order is not confirmed by the customer, Ravya will cancel the order.

Once a COD order has been confirmed, the same cancellation terms mentioned above will apply.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Any product-related issue after delivery will be handled under Ravya’s Return & Exchange Policy

RAVYA RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

We accept returns only for products received damaged or defective, including sale products. Returns are not accepted for any other reason.

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video. Returns are subject to verification by our team.

Exchanges

• Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, unstitched and uncut, with original tags and packaging intact.

• The new product must be equal to or higher in value than the amount paid for the original product.

• Regular-priced products can only be exchanged for regular-priced products

• Sale products are eligible for exchange only if received defective. Exchanges between regular-priced and sale products are not accepted.

• Any price difference and applicable exchange shipping charges must be paid in advance.

• The customer must bear shipping costs for both returning the original product and delivering the new product. Charges vary by location and will be shared before proceeding.

• The new product will be dispatched after the original product has been received and inspected, and the required payment has been received.
