Any order placed shall typically be delivered within 4– 5 business days, though delivery timelines may vary depending on location, with most orders arriving within 5–7 business days, and in some cases within 10–12 business days from the date of shipment.
Note: Once an item is marked as "Delivered," Ravya is no longer responsible for the package. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order to ensure a smooth delivery.

At Ravya, we process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Please review our cancellation terms carefully before placing an order.
Time Limit
• Cancellation requests must be raised within 2 hours of placing the order.
• Cancellation is subject to order confirmation and processing status.
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible; however, the customer may be eligible for a return after delivery, as per Ravya’s Return Policy.
Order Type Conditions
Prepaid Orders
• Cancellation requests are accepted only within 2 hours of order placement.
• Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
• COD orders are processed only after customer confirmation.
• Unconfirmed COD orders may be automatically cancelled by Ravya.
• Once a COD order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled.
Store Credit & Refund Processing
• Cancellations requested within 2 hours of placing the order (and before dispatch) are eligible for a refund to the original bank/payment method. Cash refunds are not provided.
• For all other approved cancellations, the amount will be issued as store credit. The store
credit works as follows:
❖ After deducting shipping charges, the payable amount will be converted into a discount coupon code unique to the customer.
❖ The customer can use this coupon on their next purchase on Ravya.
❖ The store credit/coupon is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
❖ Example: If the amount payable to the customer is ₹2,500 after deductions, a ₹2,500 discount coupon code will be issued for their next purchase.
• Store credit will be issued within 5–7 working days after successful verification of the returned product.
Prepaid Orders – RTO (Important)
• If a prepaid order is refused at delivery and returned to us (RTO), store credit will be issued after deducting applicable shipping charges.
• The order may be re-dispatched upon request, subject to payment of re-dispatch shipping charges, which vary based on the delivery location.

EXCHANGE, RETURN & STORE CREDIT POLICY
At Ravya, we are committed to maintaining transparency, fairness, and quality service. Please review the policy below carefully before placing your order.
1. EXCHANGE POLICY
• Exchanges must be initiated and completed within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Products must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, with all tags and labels intact.
• Products may be returned either by customer shipment or via Ravya-arranged reverse pick-up.
• If the pickup is arranged by Ravya, reverse pick-up charges will apply and will vary between ₹150–₹300 based on the pickup location.
• Only one exchange is allowed per order. Exchanged items are not eligible for return or further exchange.
• Orders placed using store credit are treated as exchange orders and are not eligible for further exchange or return.
• Exchanged products will be delivered within 5–7 working days.
2. RETURN POLICY
• Returns must be processed within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Products must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, with all tags and labels intact.
• If the customer ships the product(s) back independently, they are fully responsible for the shipment until it reaches Ravya.
(All return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.)
• Ravya is not liable for any loss, delay, or damage during return transit.
• If the return is arranged by Ravya, reverse pick-up charges will apply and will vary between ₹150–₹300 based on the pickup location.
• Only one return is allowed per order.
• Approved returns are issued as store credit only. Refunds are not provided to the original payment method or in cash.
• Store credit will be issued after the returned product is received and verified.
• Original shipping charges will be deducted from the credited amount.
3. STORE CREDIT TERMS
• Store credit is valid for up to 3 months from the date of issue.
• Store credit can be used only on Ravya purchases and is non-transferable.
• Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Store credit will be issued within 5-7 working days after successful verification of the returned product.
How to Use Store Credit
• Store credit can be applied at checkout on your next Ravya purchase.
• During checkout, enter the unique coupon code issued to you, and the discount will be automatically applied to your order total.
• Store credit can be used in a single transaction or partially across multiple orders, until the credit is fully utilized.
• Please note that store credit cannot be combined with other promotional discounts unless specified.
4. PRODUCT ISSUE REPORTING WINDOW
• Any damage, defect, or product-related concern must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery, along with the mandatory unboxing video.
• Claims raised after 24–48 hours may not be entertained.
